What is the Dr.Prime pillow made from?

The core is 60D high density CertiPUR-US certified memory foam. The top cover is 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex — a cooling breathable stretch fabric. The bottom cover is 100% Polyester. The cover is removable with a zipper and machine washable. Every material in the cover is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and safe for direct skin contact.

What are the exact measurements and weight of the pillow?

The Dr.Prime Cervical Neck Pillow measures 63 x 36 x 12 cm. The foam fill weight is approximately 1259g. This is a standard adult cervical pillow size suitable for all bed sizes.

Does the pillow have any smell when first opened?

Some customers notice a mild foam scent when first opening the vacuum packed pillow. This is completely normal with freshly manufactured memory foam and is not harmful. The foam is CertiPUR-US certified meaning it has passed strict independent tests for VOC emissions and harmful chemicals. To reduce the scent place the pillow in a well ventilated area for 24 to 48 hours after unboxing. The smell dissipates completely.

My pillow arrived compressed and flat. Is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong. The Dr.Prime pillow is vacuum packed for clean and compact shipping. Once removed from the PE bag it begins expanding immediately. It regains about 80% of its shape within the first hour. Full comfort and shape develops over 8 to 24 hours. Allow at least one full night before your first proper use.
